DuckBridge

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These Terms govern use of DuckBridge - a digital secure network access service (VPN subscription) with Basic, Standard, and Unlimited plans. Current prices are always shown on the website pricing section and in the account before payment.

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Service (the Agreement) govern use of the DuckBridge online Service provided by the Administration (operator of the digital service).

1.2. By using the website, account, Telegram bot, paying, or receiving access, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.3. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older (or the age of full legal capacity under your local law). By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

1.4. If you disagree, stop using the Service.

2. Nature of the service

2.1. The Service provides a digital intangible service: secure remote network access (VPN subscription), plan/traffic/device management, and support as described on the website.

2.2. Typical lawful uses include working with international online services, improving privacy on public networks, and convenient multi-device access. The Service is not positioned or provided as a means to break the law or access prohibited information.

2.3. Plans and prices:

  • Basic - free: 1 GB VPN traffic per day (about 30 GB per 30 days), 1 device;
  • Standard - traffic packs from 10 GB (10 / 25 / 50 / 100 GB) at 2 RUB per GB; unused balance stacks; 3 devices by default, expandable to 6;
  • Unlimited - 239 RUB per month with no traffic counter; 3 devices by default, expandable to 6;
  • extra devices on paid plans - 29 RUB per device for 30 days (+1 / +2 / +3).

2.4. Price publication

Current prices and plan terms are published at duckbridge.net under Pricing and in the account before you confirm payment. By paying you confirm you reviewed the price and contents of the selected plan.

3. Disclaimer

3.1. The Service is provided AS IS.

3.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability from every network or country, results beyond the Service description, or access to any third-party resources.

3.3. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, third-party actions, ISP outages, regulatory decisions, blocks on the user's network side, or temporary technical limits.

3.4. We do not moderate or control the contents of your traffic and are not responsible for your online actions.

4. Lawful use and prohibitions

4.1. The Administration condemns and strictly prohibits using the Service to access materials, information, or resources that are prohibited under the laws of the country where you are located and/or from which you use the Service, as well as any other law that applies to you.

4.2. You must verify the legality of your own actions in your jurisdiction and use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

4.3. Responsibility for the legality of your purposes, traffic contents, and use of the Service rests entirely with you.

4.4. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:

  • access extremist, terrorist, or other prohibited materials;
  • commit fraud, phishing, spam, DDoS, scanning, hacking, or malware distribution;
  • infringe intellectual property, engage in carding, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
  • resell, rent, or mass-share access beyond your plan terms;
  • attempt to bypass Service technical limits (devices, traffic, anti-abuse);
  • use the Service in preparation for or commission of crimes.

4.5. Nature of the operator

The Service is provided as a digital service by an operator that is not a telecom carrier, mass media outlet, or information dissemination organizer under the law of the Russian Federation. You understand that availability of the Service in particular networks and countries may depend on third parties.

4.6. No advertising and access model

4.6.1. The Administration deliberately refuses to advertise the Service. The Service does not place or commission advertising on any social network, messenger, ad network, or other public promotion channel.

4.6.2. The Service does not acquire users through advertising campaigns. Growth is word of mouth: recommendations from existing users and people who find the Service on their own. Free access (Basic) remains available on the website to anyone who finds the Service.

4.6.3. The Administration does not authorize third parties to advertise the Service. Any posts, comments, reviews, ads, stories, or other materials about the Service on social networks, messengers, forums, or media that are not published by the Administration are not Service advertising, are not approved by the Administration, and do not represent its position.

4.6.4. The Administration is not responsible for such third-party materials and may demand their removal if they violate the law or misrepresent an affiliation with the Service.

4.6.5. Users must not place paid or mass advertising of the Service in the name of the Administration without the Administration's written consent.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. Site materials, branding, and Service software are protected by IP law.

5.2. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell Service materials or access without permission.

6. Access limits

6.1. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access for Agreement breaches, suspected abuse, infrastructure risk, or legal / payment-provider requirements under applicable law.

6.2. Limits do not cancel prior obligations and do not automatically entitle you to a refund if access was already granted.

7. Payments and refunds

7.1. Payment is made on the terms shown in the Service before checkout.

7.2. Because the service is intangible, refunds after access is granted are generally not provided.

7.3. A refund may be possible if the service was not delivered due to our technical fault or access was never granted.

7.4. Refund requests must be sent to support within 24 hours of payment.

7.5. Refund decisions are made individually.

7.6. You agree not to open a chargeback without first contacting support.

8. Privacy

8.1. Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Service website.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the Service operator is established, unless mandatory consumer rules applicable to you provide otherwise.

9.2. The parties will try to resolve disputes by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are heard by a competent court at the operator's place of establishment, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

9.3. If any term is held invalid, the remaining terms stay in force.

10. Changes

10.1. We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page.

10.2. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Contact

11.1. Support (direct messages, not a group): Telegram @silksupport.

11.2. Email: support@duckbridge.net.

11.3. The account dashboard may include a ticket system when enabled by the Administration.

By using the Service (website, bot, or account) you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, including the ban on accessing prohibited materials in your jurisdiction.
